You can add up to six (6) I/O or communication cards into the device, depending on the requirements of your application. The logic programming is powerful and easy to use. This also further expands the device’s application range towards more demanding control, alarm and indication needs. The HMI is large and can be freely programmed, and it provides a quick visualization of the object as well as the status of alarms and events. AQ-S214 communicates using various protocols, including the IEC 61850 substation communication standard. Highlights: A dynamic view of up to 48 digital or analog alarms. A flexible, easy way to assign digital signals to the local alarm window, output relays, and communication protocols. Output relays can be activated by individual or grouped alarm signals. Six (6) available I/O card slots to enable a large number of signals.
