Arcteq has been supplying over 2,000 arc protection relays to Southeast Asia’s largest power utility, Tenaga Nasional Berhad (commonly known as TNB) in Malaysia. Over fifty 33 kV and 11 kV substations are currently installed and commissioned using the AQ 100 arc protection system. The remaining supply contracts will increase the installed base to approximately 2,500 relay units in 2017.
Arcteq was selected as a supplier to TNB after passing its rigorous supplier evaluation program in 2014.
