We like to stay active and be present in various kinds of events both near and far. Last week Arcteq participated in a brand-new recruitment event, held as a part of the Wasa Future Festival in Vaasa, Finland. Hats off to the organisers of the new concept: University of Vaasa, Spouse Programme, Vaasa International Talents and Ostrobothnia TE Office.
The Global Talent Connect was created to bring companies from Vaasa region and international professionals together. What made the event unique was that the talents were analysed in advance and then matched with relevant companies beforehand. The discussions during the day were then held both in smaller groups as well as one-to-one meetings which gave Arcteq and the talents better chance to get acquainted.
